Publications and resources
A lot of detail goes into our work – it’s why we publish regular updates and make them available to all.
In this section you can find publications, reports and resources that give the full picture on what we’re doing or planning to do, how we’re doing it and why.
You’ll find not only the most important documents we’re required to publish, but information that we want to share as part of our commitment to transparency.

The Williams Review
The Williams Rail Review was established in September 2018 to look at the structure of the whole rail industry and the way passenger rail services are delivered.
It is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to improve outcomes for passengers, freight users and taxpayers.
In the document above, you can read our response to the review’s March 2019 evidence papers.
You can also read more about the Williams Review at the GOV.UK website.
