Step free access: all entrances are step-free, lifts connect the two levels.

Visually impaired: there are tactile strips along all platforms.

Contact your train operator:
If you wish to book assistance but are not sure which train operator you are travelling with, you can call 0800 022 3720. On calling, you will be referred to the appropriate train operator.
Alternatively, ask any member of station staff wearing a light blue vest or call 020 7843 4261 on arrival.
The assistance meeting point is inside the main Pancras Rd entrance.

- The Arcade, opposite Eurostar arrivals
- The Circle, past the cash dispensers
- International departures lounge
- Platforms A and B (beyond ticket barrier)
All toilets are free and open 24 hours. No RADAR key required.
Wheelchairs
Staff have access to wheelchairs for use around the station or transfer to King’s Cross.

- Victoria
All lines apart from the Victoria may have a large step between platform and train.
No step-free access:
Car
Pick up/set down: on Pancras Road, sat nav N1C 4QP. There is level access to the station.
Parking: 12 Blue Badge spaces in the station car park, normal tariff applies.
Taxi
Taxi rank: Pancras Road.
Level access to the station, all taxis are wheelchair accessible.
